Many apps and websites offer the ability to track macros, and some even generate “recommended” macros for you and your goal.

The Avatar tracker is also better-suited for tracking macros than MyFitnessPal. For instance, MFP is focused primarily on calories, but their calculations of calories from macros is often inaccurate, sometimes by hundreds of calories per day.
