To build a recipe:


1) Log into your Avatar account and go to the tracker 

2) Add a food to the meal you’d like to add your recipe to

3) Click on Recipes at the top of the screen under the search bar

4) Choose from the preloaded recipes or click on Create New Recipes

5) Specify if you want to measure the recipe in number of servings or in grams

6) Name your recipe and specify the number of servings or total weight of the recipe

7) Add each ingredient

8) When finished, click Save


This will now be saved in your My Recipes list to be added quickly in the future.
