Can I Change My Goal as Many Times as I Want?

You can change your goal as many times as you like, but we don’t recommend doing it often. If you’re constantly changing your goal, the system will have difficulty pinpointing your needs and "learning" your body. Remember that the system adapts to you over time, but it is only as good as the information you give it. The most accurate information is obtained by carefully following a set of macro recommendations for several consecutive weigh-ins on the same goal.
