We do not currently offer a ketogenic option. 


We also do not have a way of manually overriding the system to give you ketogenic macros. Currently, the system will let you max out your fat intake at 40% of your total daily calories, which is not high enough to be considered keto or even a modified-Atkins diet. 


If you prefer to eat lower-carb, but don’t necessarily need to be on a keto diet, you can use the Carb/Fat Preference slider in Diet Settings and the Edit Balance slider in the tracker to exchange carbs for more fat. The Protein Boost option also will reduce carbs if you increase your protein target.
