Why Did My Macros Change When I Turned Off Vacation Mode?

Modified on Mon, 28 May, 2018 at 12:14 PM

When you turn off vacation mode, you get the question "Would you like to resume where you left off with the same goal and target calories?" If you answer “no” to this question, it goes through the goal change process and will change your macros accordingly.

If you answer “yes” to this question, you’ll resume with the same goal and calories you were eating before your vacation.  Be aware that your macros may change slightly if your weight changed while you were away. If you put on weight, your protein may increase slightly, causing your carbs and/or fat to drop a little bit so that total calories remain the same.
