How Do I Change High/Low Days?

Modified on Thu, 3 Aug, 2023 at 12:16 PM

You can use the High/Low Day feature to give yourself more calories from carbs/fat on certain days of the week, and less on others. This is convenient for those who want to have a set “refeed day” each week, or who would like to save more food for days with social events or intense workouts. To keep your average calories the same for the week, the High/Low Day feature will borrow carbs and fats from your low days and add them to your high days.

To set high/low days:

  1. Log into your Avatar account

  2. Click on High/Low Days located in the main menu

  3. Select the days you’d like as high days

  4. Drag the slider to increase or decrease the amount of food you’ll eat on these days. Keep in mind that as high days get higher, low days will get lower.

  5. When finished, click the Save Days Button to save your changes

***Note: To edit the High/Low Day feature, you must have completed a check-in within the past week.
