While carb-cycling will not help you lose more weight than eating a baseline level of carbs throughout the entire week, some people prefer to eat more carbs on training days.
By using the high/low day feature on your Avatar profile, you can eat more carbs and calories on certain days, while also being able to control how much of that increase comes from carbs. Keep in mind that as you increase your carbs, fat will also increase slightly.
By using the Carb-Fat Preference slider in Diet Settings, you can increase the ratio of carbs to fat without increasing calories. This could help boost carbs even more on a high day if your slider isn’t maxed-out on carbs yet.
